Many people are now starting to take their happiness into their own hands. Creating a mindset, way of thinking, and activities that really amp up the good feelings they feel on a regular basis in a healthy way. Here I share some of the techniques, thoughts, ideas that I and other amazing people have discovered to increase that thing we all want more of, happiness. I am all about the results, my suggestions have worked consistently for myself and other close friends. I will state that each person is different and the results may vary. Be bold, adapt the techniques into something that works for you, and bring them back to share with us.
